Designed and prepared training materials for international marketers to train and certify Trainers in market countries. The Trainer Certification Program (TCP) provided both the methodology and tools for Training Professionals to demonstrate their ability to meet the minimum acceptable Standards of Performance of professional trainers.

The benefits of the TCP process were to drive operational excellence and provide the methodology to operationalize a results-based learner-centered approach to training and development.

The TCP consisted of pre-program materials, a 5-day highly interactive on-site program, and post-program materials. The 5-day classroom program consisted of various skills workshops including:
